Advaitic wisdom is not any type of teaching. Sage Sankara's wisdom only makes you think on the nondualistic perspective.+

Advaitic wisdom is not any type of teaching. Sage Sankara's wisdom only makes you think from the nondualistic perspective.  When you think deeply from the non-dualistic perspective then you realize what is a reality and what is an illusion.

Different teachers and Gurus teach Advaitic from different standpoints based on their imagination.  All imaginations are based on the dualistic perspective. Advaitic wisdom dawns only when the seeker learns to view and judge the world in which he exists, from the nondualistic perspective.

Really no time is required if the seeker is sharp enough to grasp the Advaitic truth. All the accumulated knowledge and inherited religious conditioning or samskaras block the realization of the ultimate truth or Brahman or God. All the seeker needs is an intense urge to realize the truth. If the seeker is serious and sincere, he has it. After all, it is a matter of attitude.
.
Nothing stops you from being a Gnani, right in this very life, not in the next life or the next world. Fear of losing your physical identity people are afraid to inquire. There is nothing to be afraid of. Nothing is lost by realizing the truth only the unreal nature of the world in which you exist is exposed, the same way the unreal nature of the dream is exposed when the waking takes place.

You must first train yourself to think and reason from the non-dualistic perspective then only when you read about Advaitic reality the true meaning becomes apparent.

It is not possible to give a sudden revelation of Advaita in one or two letters, or in an interview or two: a course of personal mental training must be undergone. Hence reading my blogs and posting umpteen times is necessary for the seeker to make the subconscious Soulcentric.

All my blogs are not only reading the material but also subconscious suggestions.

You, yourself must do the work of realizing Truth by using your own judgment and reason. Nobody else, no guru can do it for you.

Everyone has not got the capacity to know Truth very few have: but some among these few are so sharp that they have only to hear it explained by proper guidance when they grasp it at once. They have only to stabilize their illumination.

The Gnani will only point out the truth to the seeker. Sharing Gnana with the whole of humankind is the only goal of the Gnani.

Most people think about who wears a yellow robe and his perpetual silences and his yogic activities and his monkish lifestyle but they do not judge by asking "Is what he says true?”

The Atmic method is to discriminate between real and unreal and drop the unreal by realizing the real.

Remember:~

Please scroll down into the old and new posts you will find answers to all your questions and doubts, there is no need to ask any questions in the future.
As you go deeper and deeper digging into my post and blogs all your doubts and confusion will be cleared.
Atmic path is not a path of an exchange of views and opinions.
Without knowing the subject matter, without reading all the posts you will never be able to realize the subject discussed in my post.
The Atmic path is not a question and answers session it is a path of discovering and realizing the 'Self' hidden by the world in which you exist.
The world in which you exist is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Reading my posts & blogs often propels the reader into the thinking process.

By reading the repetition of the words on this subject the inner whirling in the subconscious takes place which replaces the old thoughts based on the ego by accepting the Soulcentric truth.

Perfect understanding removes all sorts of obstacles in the pursuit of truth. Only through constant repetition of words in my posts will make one think differently but it also creates more doubts and confusion in his subconscious and his inner urge to know the truth even more intense. And it also helps to overcome some of our conditioning, which we have inherited from parental grooming and circumstances.

Repetition of reading the words of wisdom assists a seeker to help to focus his attention from the form (world) to the formless (Soul or consciousness), which is very much necessary in pursuit of truth. And repetition is an effective tool and has an effect on the subconscious mind, which is not receptive to receiving new truth because it is conditioned to receive only a logical conclusion based on ego.

It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is the truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the innermost Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

The nature of the Soul, the Spirit is like a state of sleep. But sleep is the unconsciousness of the objects whereas Self-awareness is a conscious awareness of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness in the midst of the object.

The reason, in respect of Ultimate Reality, is like the impossible conception of a sleeping man trying to know what he is about, without waking up. As sleep is to waking, so is ordinary life to the state of realization.

The seeker should be aware of everything that is untrue: stick to the truth and he shall succeed, maybe slowly, but surely.

Remember:~
Seeker of truth has to constantly reflect on the subject in order to get a firm conviction of the truth. The seeker has to reflect on the same truth again and again until it becomes reality. One needs to constantly, reflect on the subject until he gets a firm conviction of what is what. Words are needed until one gets a firm conviction of ‘what is what. People need to read and hear the words to think deeply and reach the ultimate end.
My blogs and postings help the seeker to remove the mental blockade, which is blocking his realization. And it also helps to dispel all the inborn and inherited conditioning or samskara from the subconscious.
My blogs and postings will help not only as information to move in the right direction to reach the ultimate end of the understanding. And they also help as subconscious suggestions, which is very much necessary to establish the non-dualistic reality.
Repeated reading and reflecting on my blogs and postings helps the seeker. My blogs and postings are not any type of teaching or theory. It only helps the seeker to remove all the obstacles in the path of truth and reach the ultimate end in lesser time and effort.

Agreeing and disagreeing is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self. Agreeing and disagreeing are possible from the dualistic perspective.

Self-knowledge will not arise from the exchange of views and opinions and arguments. The accumulated knowledge is not a yardstick, to realize the truth beyond form, time, and space.

The words that mean different things to different people take it or leave it, it matters not to me. It is what's behind the words, between the lines that matters. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is meant for the class, not for the mass. The Advaitic path is not suited for those who indulge in unnecessary arguments from their own standpoint and indulge in the provocation.

In the path of wisdom discussion of the unimportant subject matter is a great hindrance. The path of truth is the path of verification. Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification. Agreeing to disagree causes unnecessary friction. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

No blind belief or faith can save you, work out your own salvation.+

No books or Gurus can do more than help us to find the truth, and even without them, we can get all truth hidden by ignorance. Without bondage to books or Gurus without accepting then as an authority blindly;  think and reason for yourself. No blind belief or faith can save you, work out your own salvation.
Advaitic wisdom rises gradually by the weakening of ignorance as understanding and realization of ‘what is what’ matures.
If the inquiry does not include the universe then it is incomplete.  The universe itself is what God is all about. The totality of the universe is what God is all about. You just study the nature of the universe with all the seriousness and sincerity to unfold the mystery of the universe. That is all you have to do. The universe is the seeker's school.
Sage Sankara: ~ VC~.63- "Without knowing and examining the universe, one can’t know the Truth, as the idea that the external world exists, won't go. It can go only by an inquiry into the nature of the external world.
All the religious scriptures and holy books are irrelevant -- God's greatest book is just in front of you.
That is why Sage Sankara says you must first know what is before you. If you cannot know that, what else can you know or understand? If you give up the external world in your inquiry, you cannot get the whole truth.

You have to study the book of the universe carefully and find and realize God hidden in it.
All religions claim that their books are not man-made? Hindus claim that the Vedas are Aporsheya: not made by man but revealed by God himself; and Sanskrit is the divine language, not human.
All religions have the same type of claim. Muslims say the Koran has descended from God, and so with Jews and Christians. Everybody is trying to claim that their book is the sacred book and nobody bothers to look at the real divine book.
This is what the real Veda, the real Koran, the real Bible is. This is the book, and all other books are man-made. Only this universe is the book that is authored by God,  because, the God is hidden by the universe.
The universe is real Veda, the real Koran, the real Bible is.  The universe is the book, and all other books are man-made.
Only when you open the book of the universe the God hidden in the book will be revealed.  When you finish reading the book of the universe then the universe will become an illusion and God alone prevails as the ultimate reality.
Sage Sankara says: ~What is accepted without a proper inquiry will not lead a person to the final goal. On the contrary, such acceptance will result only in evil, in something which is detrimental to our spiritual progress.
You are also part of the divine book of the universe! And whatever you have seen, known, believed and experienced as an individual is part of it.
As your inner conviction about the Soul grows you will be able to realize ‘what is the truth?’ and ‘what is the untruth?’
As we keep thinking and reasoning deeper and deeper, the truth will shine  as pure awareness in the midst of the duality (waking).

The Soul, the ‘Self’ is your ultimate teacher. It is the Soul, the inner teacher that will walk with you to the goal, for the Soul is the goal.

Millions are searching for truth but one in million will realize it. You are one from that million because you have the intense urge to realize the ultimate truth.

When the seeker is ready, the guidance comes on its own.  An earnest desire to grow and a sense of deep commitment are the hallmarks of one who aspires to be a seeker.

When at the core of one’s being a person comes to realize he/she needs to seek a path for coming out of one’s unconscious and conditioned life, mysteriously the guidance appears to guide and shows the way.

Read repeatedly my postings and blogs and reflect and reason deeply which helps you to create a mental yardstick in your subconscious to discriminate between ‘what is the truth? And what is the untruth?
When the subconscious is receptive and ready then it will start rejecting the untruth and finally then the Soul, the 'Self’ alone will prevail as the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
There is no practice as such, but perfect understanding is needed to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atman Gnana.
A deeper Self-search reveals the fact that  the Self is not physical, but the Self is the formless Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Therefore, all your  accumulated knowledge, experiences, and understanding based on the ego, are falsehood because the ego is the false Self, within the false experience (waking).
The ‘Self’ is not you. You are the ego. The ego is the waking entity. Whatever is based on the waking entity is bound to be falsehood because the waking experience itself is a falsehood. All the Gurus and their teachings limit the ‘Self’ as individuality. Thus, they yield only half-truth.
There is a need to realize the three states, which come and go, are merely an illusion. All three states are made of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana
It is your sincerity and seriousness that will make you reach the ultimate end of understanding and realization. Your devotion to the goal to realize the truth and perfection will make you acquire the Advaitic wisdom.
Millions are searching for truth, but one in million will realize it. If you are a truth seeker then you are, one from that million.
The  Soul, the 'Self' reveals‘ what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready. It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is the truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’.
It takes time for the Soul, the Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the 'Self"(truth), hidden by ignorance (I).
Slowly but surely you must imbibe the truth, which is beyond the form, time and space by realizing the form, time and space are one in essence.
When you enthrone the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness in your subconscious, you will realize the world in which you exist is merely an illusory play of  consciousness.
Consciousness is ‘One’, and all divisions of the form, time and space are illusory. Be established in this Advaitic Truth, which is eternal. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

There is no need to criticize any teacher or Guru and waste time instead the seeker has to utilize the same time to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.+

There is no doubt many Gurus have given valuable contributions to the seeking world but none of them take one to the ultimate end.  Thus, the seeker has to verify on his own and remove all obstacles, which is blocking his realization on his own.

There is no need to criticize any teacher or Guru and waste time instead the seeker has to utilize the same time to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana through deeper Self-search.

Yoga Vasistha says: ~ ‘Self-knowledge or knowledge of truth is not had by resorting to a Guru (preceptor) nor by the study of scripture, nor by good works: it is attained only by means of inquiry inspired by the company of wise (Gnani). One’s inner light alone is the means, naught else. When this inner light is kept alive, it is not affected by the darkness of inertia.

Bhagavan Buddha: ~ ‘Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders.

A Gnani highlights good points of the Gurus' teachings and he also highlights how their teaching becomes an obstacle, which blocks the realization of the ultimate truth or Brahman.

The seeker's aim is to move forward not to get emotionally stuck with some teaching or teacher.

That is why Bhagavan Buddha said: ~ “Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you yourself judge to be true.

Sage Sankara says: ~What is accepted without a proper inquiry will not lead to the final Goal. (Commentary on Vedanta Sutra)

Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification. Sage Sankara is the only Sage who has final authority on the Advaitic truth.

As one goes deeper into self-search the seeker himself becomes aware of ‘what is the truth’ and ‘what is untruth’. The seeker should not bother to know who is enlightened or who is not enlightened. The seeker's aim is Self-realization.

Jesus said: ~"Those who seek should not stop seeking until they find. When they find, they will be disturbed. When they are disturbed, they will marvel, and will reign over all." (Gospel of Thomas 2)

It is necessary for the seeker to do his homework, and verify the validity of all the claims, rather than blindly believe, what others expound as knowledge, till; the uncontradictable truth is obtained.

The seeker must have the courage of Bhagavan Buddha to accept the truth and reject the untruth. Since Bhagavan Buddha rejected religion, the idea of God, and the scriptures, therefore, it is evident that he has gone through every aspect and verified and found them to be inadequate and useless for the pursuit of truth.

Bhagavan Buddha: - There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth: not going all the way... and not starting.

Swami Vivekananda: ~ Worship your Guru as God, but do not obey him blindly; love him all you will, but think for yourself. No blind belief can save you, work out your own salvation. Have only one idea of God - that God is an eternal help.

Vivekananda himself said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, and none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher, but your own Soul.”

The Soul, the Self is the inner Guru that reveals ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready.

Do not believe in a thing because you have read about it in a book. Do not believe in a thing because wise man has said it was true. Do not believe in words because they are hallowed by dualistic knowledge Find out the truth for yourself.

The seeker has to use Soulcentric reason, which leads to the realization of the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

Advaitic wisdom can never be gained by argument and provocation. Discard all the accumulated dualistic knowledge by realizing the world in which you exist, exists because of ignorance.

Get rid of the ignorance by realizing the world in which you exist is created out of single clay and that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Realizing the ‘Self’’ is not you but the Soul is Self-realization. The Soul is the cause of the universe and it itself is uncaused. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

No religion leads man to realize God in truth.+

People who are conditioned by religion will not accept anything other than their accepted truth. Physicalized versions of the scriptures are meant for the people who believe the practical life within the practical world as reality.

People’s approach was more practical, and they are stuck with the belief of their inherited belief system.

Religions are based on belief, not the truth. Religions are more concerned with their beliefs dogmas and superstitions.

Religious Gods are based on imaginary beliefs. The beliefs are not the truth. The belief is part of the dualistic illusion.  The Atman is Brahman or God in actuality.   Other than the Atman God all else is an illusion.  Whatever is based on the belief is a myth.

Religion causes one to become crippled, Self-mortifying and Self-deprecating is not a religion, but the social system of controlling the populace through psychological deformation and retardation. No religion leads man to realize God in truth.

Religion encourages one who can induce himself to feel convinced that he has realized the Self, or has an admirer who believes that he has done so, then it opens up for him the way for the founding of a new sect based on Guru-worship. People, too, have developed curious credulousness. Often they would install an earnest seeker and devotee, or a pious saint, on the throne of God and begin to offer him worship and homage even if he protested and resisted such acts. They would lay prostrate, sing hymns, wave lights (arati), and burn incense before him, and present to him food which was to be returned by him as Prasada, wash his toes and sip the wash. At times the disciple would go to the length of getting food, fruit, or a betel-nut leaf chewed by him and taking the morsel back from it.

They would place his photo in the private temples of their homes and perform all these rites and ceremonies which are usually offered to temple idols.  In this way, there might be at present in our country scores of individuals who are worshiped as living God, with the following varying in numbers.

If one is seeking truth one has to drop all religiously-based dogmas and blind beliefs ritualistic baggage and move forward in their pursuit of truth.

To talk of seeking God is as meaningless as saying "seeking dog". It is only a hollow word; one must know God in truth.

Dualist Gurus say: ~ God cannot exist without attributes. Then they are making God as an object whereas God is the subject. Attributes can only be seen in the objective world. Causality appears in the duality, but when one goes deeper into the matter even there the causality disappears

Who else but the ‘Self’ could have imagined the objective world? Ramanuja and Madva see God as the imaginer, but where is the proof. Nobody has seen God creating. You have seen no other creator, whether God or angel. The only ‘Self’ is left. Therefore ‘Self’ is the creator because imagining means creating. The Dvaita and Religionists talk nonsense. Has God meaning to you? Yes. It is an idea. What is the idea? The idea is imagination. So God has no proven existence beyond that of an idea.

Sages of truth restrained themselves parting the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to the mass and only a selected few. It was hidden from the people who were not qualified and receptive to it.

Self’ - knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few. Thus, religion was given to the mass, and knowledge of the Spirit is given to only a selected few. Thus, we find traces of the knowledge of the spirit in the religious books in the form of parables.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad:~ "He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from the 'Self' does not know the truth. For the Gods, he is like a pasu (beast)". (1. 4. 10)

Bhagavad Gita: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

Lord Krishna says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the 'Self' in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

The Vedas confirm God is Atman (Spirit), the Self.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman the innermost self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

The Vedas talk about Brahman (God in truth) which refers to the ultimate truth or ultimate reality. The consciousness is the ultimate truth, therefore, the consciousness is Brahman and Brahman is God.

Vedas do not permit idol worship. All the idols are of the Puranic Gods Priests are referring to the Puranic Brahma as God they are ignorant of the God in Vedas even though they speak of Vedas.

Priests do not understand the meaning of the Brahman, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the innermost Self. In reality, there is no duality, with no differentiation. Only Atman the real exists. :~Santthosh Kumaar

"I AM" is the symbol of ignorance. Ignorance keeps the Soul, the Self in the cage of ignorance.+

It is erroneous to identify the Soul, the Self as 'I' or 'I AM' because, the Soul, the Self is not 'I' or I AM’. The Soul, the ‘Self’ is that witness of the 'I'.
The ‘I’ is not the expression of the fullness of consciousness.
The ‘I’ is the cause of the division within consciousness.
The ‘I’ is ignorance.
The ‘I’ is the cause of experiencing the dualistic illusion as a reality.
The ‘I’ is the cause of the experience of birth death and the world.
The ‘I’ is the cause of the form, time, and space.
The ‘I’ is the cause of the universe.
The ‘I’ is the cause of the three states.
The ‘I’ is the cause of the mind.
Remember:~
Without The ‘I’ it is the fullness of consciousness.
Without The ‘I’ there is no division within consciousness.
Without the ‘I’ there is no ignorance.
Without the ‘I’ there is no dualistic illusion.
Without the ‘I’ there is no experience of birth death and the world.
Without the ‘I’ is there is no form, time, and space.
Without The ‘I’ there is no universe.
Without the ‘I’ there are no three states.
The ‘I’ is the cause of the mind.
People try all kinds of paths and practice in order to get ‘Self’-realization.
Realizing the ‘‘Self’ ‘is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is Self-realization.
Consciousness is the cause of the world in which you exist and it itself’ is uncaused.
Consciousness is pure, flawless, and full, beyond form, time, and space. Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
Consciousness is beyond all limitations of the illusory form, time, and space.

Remember:~

‘I AMness’ is the physical awareness, not the Atmic awareness. Atmic awareness is ‘I Lessness’. Till one identifies ‘I AM as self, he remains in the domain of the duality. The duality becomes unreal, when the soul, the Self remains in its own awareness, the same as the dream becomes unreal when waking takes place.

‘I AMNESS’ is the physical awareness, not the Atmic awareness. Atmic awareness is ‘I Lessness’. Till one identifies ‘I AM as the Self; he remains in the domain of the duality. The duality becomes unreal, when the Soul, the Self remains in its own awareness, the same as the dream becomes unreal when waking takes place.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana makes one perfect to explain the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

When the Soul the Self, establishes itself in its own awareness, then you and your experience of the world will become one with it. When Self is not you then what is the use of saying ‘I AM THIS’ or ‘I AM THAT’.

The Self is not physical because the Self is the formless Soul which is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul or the Spirit is genderless because it is ever formless.

The Soul is birthless and deathless because it is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

The Self cannot be identified as he or she because, the Soul, the Self is genderless. The Soul is genderless because, it is an ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. Thus, the physical-based inquiry does not hold water.

To realize the truth beyond form, time, and space the seeker has to drop all the accumulated egocentric knowledge. By becoming more and more Soulcentric leads the seeker towards Advaitic Self-awareness.
Remember:~

"I AM" is the symbol of ignorance.  Ignorance keeps the Soul, the Self in the cage of ignorance.  The Self does not disappear only the ‘I’ appears and disappears. ‘Ignorance is present in the form of the ‘I’.  Ignorance appears and disappears.

Ignorance is a dualistic illusion or Maya.   The dualistic illusion is present in the form of the mind. The mind is present in the form of the form, time, and space; the form, time, and space are present in the form of the universe appear as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality).

Without ignorance the ‘I’ ceases to exist. If the ‘I’ cease the then the mind, the form, time and space, the universe and the waking cease together. Ignorance is the cause of the forgetfulness of the reality hidden by the ‘I’.

Realize, ‘what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality and what is hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

If you realize the ‘Self ‘is not the ‘I’ but the Soul then whatever is hidden by the ‘I’   will be revealed.

If there is no ignorance then there is no ‘I’. If there is no ‘I’ then there is the bondage of the dualistic illusion.

If there is no dualistic illusion there is the experience of birth, life, death, and world.

If there is no experience of birth, life, death, and world it is the fullness of the consciousness.

The fullness of consciousness means the Soul, the Self, which is the eternal existence.

The seeker has to make sure what is this ‘I’ supposed to be? The seeker has to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’ which comes and goes to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)
The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

Remember, the ‘Self is not ‘I’ or ‘I AM’. The ‘I’ or ‘I AM is an object to the Soul which is ‘ the subject.
People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.
Realizing the Soul is not the ‘I’ but the Soul is the Self, is Self –realization.

That is why the Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Among thousands of men, scarcely one strives for perfection; and of those who strive and succeed, scarcely one knows the ‘Self’ in truth.

What is the use of saying -- ‘I am not this body ~ I am not this mind or I AM BRAHMAN or 'I AM GOD' because you are saying such thing within the dualistic illusion (I).

You are not the ‘Self’ because you exist within the dualistic illusion. The ‘Self’ is hidden by the dualistic illusion. Without realizing the ‘Self’ hidden by the dualistic illusion you will remain in the domain of ignorance.

What is the use of saying I am not this body ~ I am not this mind? By saying I am not this body ~ I am not this mind the ignorance will not vanish. Till ignorance is there the world in which you exist will prevail as a reality.

Without the mind, you, your body, and the world cease to exist. Realize the Self is not you. Without the ‘Self, the world in which you exist ceases to exist. The ‘Self’ is the cause of the world in which you exist and it itself is uncaused.

The ‘Self is not limited to you, because, the ‘Self’ pervades in everything and everywhere in all the three states. Limiting the ‘Self’ to your existence and inquiring ‘Who Am ‘I’? will not help to unfold the truth of the whole.

Until you hold the ‘Self’ as ‘I’ you will never know ‘What ‘Self’ is? in actuality.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self. You think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the ‘Self is Soul the witness of the ‘I’. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is real and eternal. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
