God is universal because God is impersonal. God does not belong to any religion because religious Gods are personal.
Sage Sankara’s Supreme Brahman (God in truth) is impersonal, Nirguna (without Gunas or attributes), Nirakara (formless), Nirvisesha (without special characteristics), immutable, eternal, and Akarta (non-agent). It is above all needs and desires. It is always the Witnessing Subject. It can never become an object as it is beyond the reach of the senses. Brahman is non-dual, one without a second. It has no other besides it. It is destitute of difference, either external or internal. Brahman cannot be described because the description implies a distinction. Brahman cannot be distinguished from any other than It. In Brahman, there is not distinction between substance and attribute. Sat-Chit-Ananda constitutes the very essence or Svarupa of Brahman, and not just Its attributes. The Nirguna Brahman of Sage Sankara is impersonal
The religion preaches that God is one and the ways to God are many. It simply tries to lead them to darkness with its dogma and idea of many Gods, which is apart from the Self. Religion is based on the false self (ego) and false experience (world) thus; all religion-based beliefs are a falsehood.
Religious Gods are based on blind belief. Gods based on blind belief are not God in truth. Religious God cannot be considered as the center because the Soul, the ‘Self’ is the center of all that exists.
Without the Soul the world in which you exist ceases to exist, which means the religious God is dependent on the Soul for his existence. God in truth is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Religion can never make you know God. Only an intense urge to know what God is supposed to be in truth can make you realize God. The Soul, the ‘Self is the Infinite God.

The Soul is the innermost Self. God is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. God is the fullness of consciousness without the illusory division of form, time, and space. Therefore, there is nothing apart from it.
God in truth is self-evident. God in truth is not established by extraneous proof. It is not possible to deny God in truth because God in truth is the very essence of the one who denies it. God in truth is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. God in truth is hidden by the universe in which you exist, God in truth is without the universe in which you exist.
The Vedas confirm God is Atman (Spirit), the Self.
Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ God is Supreme Spirit has no ‘Pratima’ (idol) or material shape. God cannot be seen directly by anyone. God pervades all beings and all directions. Thus, Idolatry does not find any support from the Vedas.
Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.
God in truth is the Atman, the Self. Atman is present in the form of consciousness.
Do not accept any other God other than Atman not worship other than Atman.
Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.
Nothing is real but God. Nothing Matters but love for God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything.
God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is and all else is an illusion.:
How can you worship God? That implies two ~ the worshipper and the worshiped, whereas God is non-dual. One can worship his idea of God only or realize his unity with it when he can’t worship it as apart.
When the Upanishads and Vedas declare that, “God is in the form of the Athma, and God is indeed Athma itself” then why accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman.
God is the Supreme Being the One eternal homogeneous essence, indivisible consciousness, and intelligence, which is beyond form, time, and space. To which the Sages describe in a variety of ways through diverse words.
Bhagavad Gita: ~ ‘All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many Gods. (7- Verse -20)
Only the path of wisdom leads the seeker of truth on his journey to the ultimate realization of the true nature of the Universal Essence, which is the Soul. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.
Bhagavad Gita: 7: 19:~ "Such a man who has attained Self-knowledge, the knowledge of Atman, worships ‘Self’ as~ Atman (God) alone exists~ everything is Atman, there exists nothing except Atman. Such a man is extremely rare."
Bhagavad Gita: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).
When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.
Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God in truth) is in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.
People, who worship the belief of God, are hallucinating that they become one with such God.
It is impossible to know that God is everywhere. What is God? God of belief cannot exist without duality. In non-dual reality, there is no man, no world, and no Gods based on blind belief.
God with forms and names has no meaning in the realm of truth. It is a mere imagination or assumption. It is high time to realize all the belief-based Gods are not God in truth according to your own scriptures.
People who stuck to their religious beliefs and think scriptural authorities as the ultimate truth will not be able to assimilate Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The Soul the Self, is nothing to do with religion and its code of conduct. if one Observes and follows the religious code of conduct then he has accepted the false Self as the real Self and the false world as reality.
Accepting so-called spiritual laws is accepting the illusion as reality. The laws are a reality within the duality. The one who thinks of the existence of spiritual laws is accepted as a person perceiving the world that is accepting himself as the doer. When the man is not the doer, how the actions are done on the base of false identity can yield fruits.
Lord Krishna says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the ‘Self’ in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.
The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the Self. In reality, there is no duality no differentiation. Only Atman exists.

ISH Upanishads: ~ “By worshipping Gods and Goddesses you will go after death to the world of Gods and Goddesses. But will that help you? The time you spend there is wasted because if you were not there you could have spent that time moving forward toward Self-knowledge, which is your goal. In the world of Gods and Goddesses, you cannot do that, and thus you go deeper and deeper into darkness.
A Gnani is not opposed to God, he is not an atheist, but he wants God free from the imagination. A Gnani is fully aware of what God is in actuality. God exists apart from human imagination. Imagined Gods are not God in truth.
Gnani does not say God is not there, God is, but not as one imagines God. God is above all imagination. God exists as truth. Hence, in the path of wisdom, the ultimate truth or Brahman is God. Thus, Brahman means the ultimate truth is God in truth. : ~Santthosh Kumaar
