There is no practice as such but perfect understanding of 'what is what" is needed for acquiring Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atman Gnana.+

Yoga Vasishtha:- "Teachers, interpretations of sacred texts, the force of religious merit--none of these lead to the realization of that Ultimate Truth which is revealed in the clear reflection of the heart, engendered from contact with the good."

There is no practice as such, but a perfect understanding of 'what is what"  is needed for acquiring Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atman Gnana.

Read repeatedly my postings and blogs and reflect and reason deeply which helps you to create a mental yardstick in your subconscious to discriminate between ‘what is the truth? And what is the untruth?
When the subconscious is receptive and ready then it will start rejecting the untruth and finally then the Soul, the 'Self’ alone will prevail as the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
There is no practice as such, but perfect understanding is needed to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atman Gnana.

A deeper Self-search reveals the fact that the Self is not physical, but the Self is formless Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Therefore, all the accumulated knowledge, experiences, and understanding based on the ego are falsehood because the ego is the false Self, within the false experience (waking).
The ‘Self’ is not you. You are the ego. The ego is the waking entity. Thus, whatever is based on the waking entity is bound to be falsehood because the waking experience itself is a falsehood.
All the Gurus and their teachings limit the ‘Self’ as individuality. Thus, they yield only half-truth.
There is a need to realize the three states, which come and go, are merely an illusion. All three states are made of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Remember:~

If you keep on reading my posts and blogs old as well as new, all your doubts and confusion will vanish.
It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is the truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the innemost Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.
The body, the ego, and the world together are the mind. If the mind is there then only the body, the ego and the world are present. The body, the ego, and the world appear together and disappear together. That is the mind that is present in the form of the ‘I’ appears and disappears.
The one which witnesses the coming and going, of the ‘I’ (mind), is the Soul, the Self. From the standpoint of the Soul, the innermost Self the mind (the universe in which we exist) is non-existent as a reality.

The mind cannot be purified because the mind itself is an illusion. Till one thinks the mind is within the body, he will not be able to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, because the body and the world are within the mind. And the mind is within the Soul.
The ignorance is the cause of the duality. The duality is the cause of the illusion (Maya). The illusion is the cause of experiencing birth, life, death, and the world as a reality.
Self- knowledge leads to Self-awareness. The quest for truth is not the quest for acquiring the dualistic truth within the world. The seeker must have an intense urge to realize the truth which is beyond the form, time and space.
The dualistic knowledge hides the truth beyond the form, time and space. The practical life within the practical world is nothing to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
The dualistic knowledge within the dualistic illusion is not Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
This vast cosmos with all its contents (atom, molecule, sun, moon, planet, and star) all are created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
The Soul is the  Self. the Soul is present in the form of consciousness. The awareness is the nature of the Soul or consciousness. The consciousness is existence itself.
Consciousness is ever-present. Without the consciousness the world, in which you exist ceases to exist. Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny consciousness because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. Consciousness is everything. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Remember:~

Start your mental (inner) journey even you may find it difficult in the first as you go on reading the post your subconscious will start dropping the dualistic egocentric knowledge and start accepting the Soul-centric Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

As you cross the ‘I’ and get to the other side and once you are on the other side of the ‘I’ is the reality, which beyond the form, time and space. You will realize that the ‘I’ is an illusion.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is nothing to do with the ‘I’ based teaching.

Remember:~

The ‘I’ is not an individual because the ‘I’ is the whole universe. Limiting the ‘I’ to individuality is the cause of experiencing the dualistic illusion a reality?

The nature of the ‘I’ is the nature of the mind.

The nature of the mind is the nature of the universe.

The nature of the universe is the nature of the waking.

The nature of waking is the nature of the illusion.

Thus, it is necessary to study the nature of the ‘I’ to unfold the mystery of the universe.

All the teachings which limit the ‘I’ to an individual and glorify the ‘I’ without knowing what this ‘I’ supped to be in actuality. All ‘I’ based teachings are inadequate and useless for the serious seeker of truth.

If you are seeking truth nothing but the truth must discard without mercy such teaching in order progress in your spiritual quest.

The seeker must know the ‘I’ is not limited to individuality. The seeker has to see the ‘I’ as the universe, in order to overcome ignorance. When the Advaitic wisdom dawns, then the ignorance vanishes.

When ignorance vanishes and the dualistic illusion (world) you used to think as reality becomes unreal.

Remember:~

Dive deep:~

Dive deep means think and reason deeply to realize what is the truth? And what is the untruth? There is no practice as such, but perfect understanding is needed to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atman Gnana.

A deeper Self-search reveals the fact that the Self is not physical, but the Self is formless Soul
, which is present in the form of consciousness.

There is a need to realize the three states, which come and go, is merely an illusion. All three states are made of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

As we keep digging deeper and deeper, the truth will shines as pure awareness in the midst of the duality (waking).

The Soul, the innermost ‘Self’ is your ultimate teacher. It is only your inner teacher that will walk with you to the goal, for the Soul is the goal.

Millions are searching for truth but one in million will realize it. You are one from that million because you have the intense urge to realize the ultimate truth.

When the seeker is ready, the guidance comes on its own. An earnest desire to grow and a sense of deep commitment are the hallmarks of one who aspires to be a seeker. When at the core of one’s being a person comes to realize he/she needs to seek a path for coming out of one’s unconscious and conditioned life, mysteriously the guidance appears to guide and shows the way.

Read repeatedly my postings and blogs and reflect and reason deeply which helps you to create a mental yardstick in your subconscious to discriminate between ‘what is the truth? And what is the untruth? When the subconscious is receptive and ready then it will start rejecting the untruth and finally then the Soul, the 'Self’ alone will prevail as the ultimate truth or Brahman or God.

Remember:~

The seeker should not stop seeking until he finds the truth hidden by the ‘I’.

The Soul, the Self is covered by dualistic illusion (Maya). The dualistic illusion is present in the form of the universe. The universe is the product of ignorance. When the ignorance vanishes then the Soul reveals itself its true nature. Ignorance vanishes when Advaitic wisdom dawns.

The Advaitic wisdom leads the seeker from darkness to light, from ignorance to wisdom, from unawareness of the ‘Self’ to Self-awareness, from unreality to reality.

The mind is virtually the universe. The universe appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality). Efforts should be made to understand the mind. Advaitic is wisdom is an ancient truth preserved as a secret by Sages of truth.

We are within the illusion. Whatever we have seen, feel, known, believed and experienced are also within the illusion. The formless substance and witness of the illusion is the Soul, the Self.

In Self-awareness, the substance and witness are one in essence. That essence is the Soul which is present in the form of consciousness (Spirit).

The dream entity and the dream world are within the dream. Similarly, you and your experience of the world are within the waking experience.

The witness of the dream is not the waking entity. Similarly, the witness of the waking experience is not the waking entity. The Soul is the witness of the coming and going of the three states. The three states are nothing to do with the Soul the  Self because, from the standpoint of the Soul the Self, the three states are non-existent as reality.

Remember: ~

Sage Sankara: ~VC~ All this universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but Brahman (Consciousness) which is absolutely free from all the limitations of human thought.

The universe is the product of ignorance. The ignorance is present in the form of the ‘I’.

Sage Sankara says: - VC-47-  All the effects of ignorance, root, and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the non-Self.

Until you think you are an individual separate from the world and the world existed prior to you and you are born in it afterward ignorance will prevail as a reality. Till ignorance is there the universe prevails as a reality.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation.

Perfect understanding and realization of ‘what is what’ leads Self-awareness. By holding onto theories one remains in the realm of duality. You have to mentally go on dropping what is not the truth through deeper Self-search.

Finally when you become aware of the fact that, your ego, your b
ody, and the world are one in essence then there is Self-awareness in the midst of duality. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
