The ‘I’ hides God in truth.+

Sage Sankara says the world is an illusion; it includes birth, life, and death, which happens within the world.  Thus the seeker's main aim is to mentally trace the formless substance of the illusion, which is also the witness of the illusion. The formless substance and witness of the illusion (world) is the Atman, and this Atman itself is Brahman.

Sage Sankara ~ "All this universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but Brahman which is absolutely free from all the limitations of human thought.

Sage  Sankara says the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani).

First, know ‘what is the truth’ and ‘what is untruth’ for sure. Without realizing what untruth truth is, it is difficult to know what truth is.

Sage Sankara: ~  "As layers of clouds generated by the sun's rays cover the sun and alone appear (in the sky), so egoism generated by the Self, covers the reality of the Self and appears by itself."

Sage Sankara: ~ If the universe be true, let it then be perceived in the state of deep sleep also. As it is not at all perceived, it must be unreal and false like dreams.

The whole universe is nothing but the Soul. Therefore, there is no second thing exists other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the only reality in which everything exists, to which everything belongs, and from which everything has emerged, is the cause of everything, and is everything.

Thus, there is a need to realize the Self is not you but the ‘Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The world in which we exist is nothing but consciousness.

When the matter is an illusion created out of the Spirit then Spirit alone is real.

When the object is created out of the subject then the subject alone is real.

When the world in which you exist created out of the consciousness then consciousness alone is real.

The reality and unreality are created out of single stuff because of the unreality (the world in which we exist), is experienced as a reality we are unaware of the reality hidden by the unreality.

There is no second thing exists other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The dualistic illusion, which is present in the form of the ‘I’, hides the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is God and the ‘I’ hides God in truth.

Bhagavad Gita itself says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God in truth) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent (consciousness) is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides God in truth.

Bhagvad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

The universe is merely an illusion created out of Consciousness, which is God in truth. Thus, there is nothing that is not God in truth. God in truth is the whole, not the part. The part is an illusion.

For a Gnani sees the world in which he exists as consciousness, just as the goldsmiths view the ornaments as nothing but the gold.

Stick to God by mentally dropping the illusion.

Remember:~

Mentally reduce the world in which exist as the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness by realizing the world in which you exist is nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness.

A perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ helps you to discover the truth of your true existence.

You are the bundle of flesh bone and blood. Your existence is limited to form, time and space. The Self is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, Your flesh bone and blood and the world in which you exist is nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness.

The form, time, and space exist only in the waking experience or dream (duality). The form, me and space become one, in essence, id deep sleep (non-duality).

The one that becomes dual (waking or dream) and nondual (deep sleep), is the Soul, the  Self.

When the Soul appears as dual then it hides its formless, timeless and spaceless true nature.

When the dual disappears as deep sleep then the ‘Soul’ unconsciously remains in its own awareness. When the Soul consciously remains in its own awareness in the midst of the form, time and space it is called Self-awareness.

It is very much necessary to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana in order to gain Self-awareness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
