Real silence is nondual. Nondualistic silence is the nature of the Soul, the Self.+

Real silence is nondual. Nondualistic silence is the nature of the Soul, the Self.  By observing silence within the dualistic world nothing is gained.
Nondualistic silence is gained when ignorance vanishes. ignorance vanishes when Advaitic wisdom dawns.
Advaitic wisdom does not come just by sitting quietly, observing silence, meditating, indulging in repeating mantras, reading books, hearing sermons, meeting Gurus or yogis, and by doing pranayama, but wisdom dawns only when you realize the fact that the ‘Self’ is not you, but the ‘Self’ is the  Soul.
People think by observing silence within the dualistic illusion or Maya they pretend to show they are in Brahmic bliss. They fail to realize the fact that, the truth is not an individual experience but it is the basis of all that exists in the form of dualistic illusion.
The silence is the nature of the Soul, the  Self. The dualistic silence is keeping Mum from speaking. Keeping mum within the dualistic illusion is trying to imitate the  Soul, the  Self.
The non-dualistic silence is possible only when the Soul, the Self, remains in its own awareness of illusory form, time, and space.
Deep sleep is the state of thoughtlessness, silence, wordlessness, and silence but it is not considered as the state of oneness because anyone can take a sleeping pill and will be able to get the state of oneness.
Thus, trying to imitate the state of oneness in duality by observing silence, thoughtlessness, and wordlessness or by yogic Samadhi or surrendering to the physical Guru, the Advaitic wisdom will not dawn. Without the Advaitic wisdom, ignorance will not vanish.
Thus, getting rid of ignorance through wisdom is the only way to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
